Lessons locked in (replit.md, permanent rules)
- No "the ask" / "industry validation" / begging-bowl framing — Greg flagged it as underselling.
- Organize every capability slide by Organization × Echelon Level, with a deep link into the live tool.
- Every slide gets speaker notes — a story arc, not a bullet dump.
- Plain English first, jargon second — translate any acronym in the same sentence.
- Proof-of-concept opportunities are tracked here, not turned into sales slides.

Jaded Thunder · Visceral subset — SHIELD/ATLAS Proof-of-Concept
Named by Greg Funk in the 29 APR brief. SOCOM-sponsored exercise series, C-UAS / C-IED emphasis, multi-domain joint live-fire. Visceral red-team injects make this a clean validation of degraded-comms behaviour, Swarm C2, Kill Web, GPS-Denied Nav, and CRAM under stress. Insertion path: ride as the C2 underlay for an existing white-cell, no new ATO required because we stay UNCLAS commercial.
Open thread: follow up with Greg on the next exercise window, white-cell point-of-contact, and whether Booz Allen carries the integration paper or we engage SOFWERX directly.

Booz Allen Hamilton — integrator pull-through path
Greg framed this tool as something Booz could use under existing contract vehicles (Maven, AI Task Force, JADC2 sub-tasks, SOCOM AI/ML lines). Our role: SDVOSB sub-pool with shipping software — small-business credit + delivered capability in the same line. Their role: integration, hosting, certification.
Open thread: identify the Booz POC for the Jaded Thunder Visceral pull-in, and request a 30-min discovery on which sub-task gives us the cleanest insertion.

EUD / Nett Warrior — Army standard handheld
If Visceral or any SOCOM/Army pull-in goes live, the form factor will be Samsung S24 Tactical Edition under Nett Warrior or an equivalent EUD running ATAK. We already advertise an ATAK plug-in with bidirectional CoT — this is a pre-existing integration surface, not a new build.
Open thread: pre-flight the ATAK plug-in against an EUD before the next exercise window so the demo is hot-start, not cold-start.

Send Greg the post-brief deep-link sheet
One email, one paragraph, three deep links to the running tools (DoD COP, Commander Dashboard, Intel Fusion). No marketing copy. Tone: peer-to-peer, "Here is what you saw, live, no pitch deck required."

Pre-flight the ATAK plug-in on a real EUD
Before any Jaded Thunder conversation gets a date, prove the CoT round-trip on an Android EUD or Samsung S24 Tactical Edition. Capture a 60-second screen-record for the next call.

Brief deck pass — remove every "ask" / "validation" framing
Deck is being reframed: assertive posture, organized by org × echelon, deep link per claim, speaker notes per section. Industry-Validation section header has been retitled to surface what the field is asking for and what we already ship today.

attached_assets/ directory cleanup landed in the working tree (28 APR), but the GitHub remote at mrterryflood-ui/shield-atlas still carries the historical PII commits. The runbook lives at tools/scrub-attached-assets-history.sh. Manual operational step before the repo is shared outside ISS LLC.

Link 16 / COMSEC posture — plain English
One slide, three columns: what Link 16 is, what the unit already has, what ATLAS does. We do not transmit on Link 16 and we do not hold the secret keys — we read a translated unclassified copy from a government-owned translator box.

DIME-PMESII auto-save
Operator changes to the DIME-PMESII matrix do not yet persist between reloads. Frontend POSTs need wiring through to the existing endpoint. Lower priority unless a customer asks for it during a demo.

DB pool thrash under sustained load
Pool runs at 100% under heavy concurrent traffic; SURVIVAL / THROTTLED governor kicks in correctly so user-visible errors are rare. Pre-existing, not caused by recent work. Re-evaluate if a public demo is scheduled.
