ATLAS Defense Support
SHIELD/ATLAS dual-use coordination and decision-support platform — ISS LLC, SDVOSB-pending, CAGE 9VKK3
This page covers the ATLAS 66-module C2 platform: evaluation, sensor integration, live-data feed questions, procurement and acquisition contact. For the SHIELD consumer personal-safety mobile app (tracker detection, SafeWalk, SmokeGuard), use /support.
Procurement & Acquisition Contact
RFI / RFP / Capability Inquiries
For requests for information, white-paper invitations, BAA / CSO / OTA submissions, capability statements, or program-office discussions:
terry@secureassure.app — Dr. Terry Flood, Founder & Principal
Typical turnaround on a non-classified inquiry: 24-72 hours. Please include the solicitation number, sponsor unit, and any submission deadline if applicable.
Pilot & Demonstrator Engagements
For unit-level pilots, sensor-network demonstrators, SBIR Phase I/II discussions, or evaluation under a sponsor's authorities:
Prototype-phase engagements explicitly do not require ATO sponsorship from ISS LLC. We work within the sponsor unit's existing authorization boundary.
Live Demo & Guided Evaluation
For a self-paced 10-15 minute walkthrough with live data, working APIs, and real sensor integration:
Vendor identity & engagement vehicles
ISS LLC engages through three vehicle paths: CRADA via federal lab T2 office (15 USC 3710a), Prototype OTA via consortium, and SBIR Phase III sole-source. SDVOSB designation is in process. Specific submission references and active engagements are available under NDA on request via the RFI form below.

Authorities ISS LLC Does NOT Hold
In the spirit of capture-first and zero-fabrication, the following authorities and authorizations are not held by ISS LLC and are not claimed anywhere on this site:
- FedRAMP (any impact level)
- DoD IL-2 / IL-4 / IL-5 impact-level authorizations
- ATO sponsorship at any system or boundary
- CAC / PIV smartcard authentication
- FIPS 140-3 cryptographic-module validation
- SIPRNet connection or accreditation
SDVOSB designation is in process. The SBIR Phase I/II prototype path explicitly does not require these authorities for prototype-class engagements. If your acquisition requires any of the above before pilot, we are not the right fit at this time.
Frequently Asked Questions (ATLAS Defense)
How do I evaluate the platform without a procurement decision?
Use the self-paced guided evaluation at /evaluate. It is browser-only, no install required, no login, real data. You can verify every claim by hitting the API endpoints listed at the bottom of the page yourself.
Does ATLAS work in degraded networks?
The platform is designed for DDIL (Denied, Disrupted, Intermittent, Limited) operation. Core modules cache locally, IndexedDB syncs when bandwidth returns, and a unified service worker handles reconnection. The fielded posture is TRL 5-6 (demonstrator class, not production-deployed at scale).
What integration adapters are supported?
TAK (Cursor on Target export), DCGS-MC, TITAN, AFATDS, DAF Battle Network, UDL, NGA, STIX/TAXII. Adapters are MOSA-compliant: the integration pattern stays with the government, not vendor-locked.
Is there a sensor-hardware reference design?
Yes. The ATLAS Beacon (ESP32-class node) is a low-cost reference sensor for the C-UAS roadmap. It is one path among several; the platform also accepts SDR feeds, acoustic arrays, and EO/IR camera inputs through a sensor-abstraction contract. See /evaluate Stage 4 for the live walkthrough.
What about commercial certifications (CMMC, SOC 2, StateRAMP)?
ISS LLC does not currently hold any of these and does not publish a public roadmap for them. Commercial certifications are customer-driven, not vendor-announced — their timing depends on which sponsor or customer brings the requirement into scope first. If your acquisition or pilot requires a specific certification before engagement, please contact procurement with the requirement and we will discuss whether the engagement is a fit at the right time. CJIS Security Policy alignment is gap-analysis only until a state or local pilot brings the data classes into scope.
Where can I see the data sources and provenance?
All ingest sources, refresh cadences, and known caveats are listed on the world-intel briefing page and on /evaluate Stage 7. Every AI-generated assertion carries a GREEN/AMBER/RED tag with an attached source citation, an analytical-inference verification path, or an explicit decline.
How does ATLAS differ from Palantir Foundry / Maven Smart System?
ATLAS lives downstream of the enterprise data warehouse. Palantir and Maven analyze; ATLAS analyzes for action at the unit edge and closes the loop to the next decision and the next system that has to execute it. Additive, not adversarial. The full positioning paper is in the Documents portal.

Honest Caveats
This is a single-founder small business in capture phase. We try to respond quickly and to ground every capability claim in a verifiable artifact. If you find anything on the platform that does not hold up to scrutiny, please tell us at terry@secureassure.app — we would rather hear it from you than from a reviewer.
